I’m a Product Manager working across enterprise systems, AI-assisted products, and digital platforms.

Over the past 8 years, I’ve worked across healthcare, fintech, insurance, enterprise operations, and consumer products at UnitedHealth Group, Citibank, Accenture, Cognizant, and through independent product experimentation with Space Fluent.
 

My work began in UX and product discovery, but consistently evolved into product direction, workflow design, prioritisation, stakeholder alignment, and operational problem-solving across cross-functional teams.

I’ve contributed to enterprise systems serving 2.5M+ users, workflow redesigns reducing operational turnaround from days to same-day, AI-assisted product flows shaped around engineering constraints and user trust, and 0→1 consumer experiments built through iterative validation.
 

I enjoy working on products that involve complex systems, user behaviour, operational challenges, and cross-functional collaboration.
